His test results showed that Knowledge and Discovery was a primary motivator. He was very frustrated in a job that required him to do the same thing every day; he found his fit in a job that required continuous learning and solving new problems.

​The student wanted a career in pharmaceuticals. His parents used the testing to confirm that their son was a good fit for this kind of career—before he started college.
An IT Systems Administrator WAS unhappy in his job. His test results described his ideal work environment, so he emailed the description to his supervisor to ask if they could create that environment. His supervisor responded that she didn’t think it would be a problem. They simply went down the list from his test results. He created his fit once he knew what to ask for.
